Rajo-Lencki 4 The Joe Lencki DOHC five-main block was developed from the mid-1920's efforts of Joe Jagersberger. The head design was very similar the 1926 Rajo but used Lencki's ideas such as oval ports. The block, often incorrectly called a Gallivan, is a Rajo-Lencki.
Lencki and Jagersberger sold castings of these heads and blocks to various customers, among them, Leo Krasek and Slim Rutherford, who bought the Rajo-Lencki head castings for their own engine. |
